Established in 2003 by experienced project manager Barry Hibbert, we offer a range of project and property management services. We are also qualified Non-Domestic Energy Assessment specialists.
With an established track record of managing both domestic and commercial new builds, property refurbishments and business relocation, we have built up a reputation for achieving fast, efficient and reliable results.
Our project management work covers every aspect from planning to completion. From our client's brief we will arrange everything from organising competitive quotes from reliable contractors and designing the project programme through to making sure the work is done correctly and on time. We have helped to relocate businesses of all sizes, from shops through to factories and complete offices. One of our largest projects was the movement of a complete company into the 10,000 square foot Jessops Riverside development in Sheffield over the course of a single weekend.
We are proud to offer our Non-Domestic Energy Assessor Service to all sizes of company. From April 2008 every commercial property sold requires an Energy Performance Certificate, and we are now qualified to carry out the necessary assessment.
